Shipping and Installation Policy

1. We ship across Kerala. Our standard shipping time is 7–14 working days from the payment of 60% of invoice value as mentioned in the customer quotation and invoice.
2. Installation of the solar plant and KSEB commissioning will be done after payment of 30% of invoice value and within 7 working days of material delivery.
3. Subsidy documentation and filing on MNRE portal will be done within 7 working days of payment of the final 10% of the invoice value.

Return and Refund Policy

1. The initial token advance of Rs 10,000 will be fully returned to the customer if the KSEBL feasibility turns out to be negative within 5 working days of intimation from KSEB.
2. We do not entertain return and refund of any other kind. All Solar panels, solar inverter, battery and other material required for a rooftop solar plant delivered is considered final.
